• Is physically and emotionally prepared for donation

How Medical Clearance Works

Medical Record Review

Your IVF clinic reviews your donor’s medical history, prior cycle records (if applicable), and profile documentation.

Psychological & Genetic Screening

For first-time donors — or donors who haven’t cycled recently — psychological evaluations and genetic carrier screening are completed and reviewed.

Local Pre-Qualification (When Applicable)

In-Person Clinic Evaluation
