• Your donor formally commits to the match
• Your IVF clinic can coordinate directly with J. Baby
• Both sides enter the journey with confidence and clarity

What Happens When You Secure Your Partnership

Estimate of Cost Sheet & Timeline of Deposits

You’ll receive two important documents outlining your financial commitments, expected deposits, and payment timing.

J. Baby Retainer Agreement

This agreement formalizes your relationship with J. Baby and outlines services, expectations, and coordination with your clinic.

Medical Release Form

Signing this allows J. Baby to communicate directly with your IVF clinic and coordinate care efficiently.

Introducing Yourself to Your Donor

You’ll be invited to share a short personal bio and photos, helping your donor feel connected to the family she is helping to create.

Your Donor’s Commitment

Your donor signs a Match Commitment Agreement confirming availability, expectations, and participation throughout the process.
