Review of the J. Baby Retainer Agreement

The Retainer Agreement outlines the framework of your partnership with J. Baby. During onboarding, we guide you through the agreement so you clearly understand:

• How the flat-rate fee model works
• Built-in benefits and protections
• Timeline expectations
• Responsibilities on both sides
• What happens after signing

Intended Parent Application

Next, you’ll complete the Intended Parent Application. This helps us understand your:

• Goals for your surrogacy journey
• Preferences and expectations
• Communication style
• Important logistical considerations

This information allows us to thoughtfully match you with a surrogate who aligns with your values, timeline, and hopes for the journey.
